Ice Explorers 2-4yrs (for returning skaters) (Session 4)
NEW SKATERS must register under the NEW SKATER TAB UNDER CLASSES
Mondays 6:00-6:30 PM
This class is designed for our youngest skaters (2-4 years old) who may need a bit more encouragement and confidence before taking their first steps on the ice. The first several weeks will familiarize skaters with the parts of their skates and what the ice will look and feel like as well as some creative activities to get them enthused. These activities will take place rink-side or in the lobby for the first few classes. Once the skaters have a familiarity with their skates, the ice, their coach, and classmates, the later several weeks (2-3 classes depending upon class development) will take place on the ice, acclimating to the cold of the ice rink and learning their first few skills on the ice in skates.
